These Payment Terms outline how WebeDigital (“we”, “us”) handles billing, invoicing, and collections for all engagements. Clear terms ensure mutual trust, transparency, and smooth collaboration.
All new projects commence only after receiving a 50% advance payment of the agreed project fee. This upfront ensures resource allocation, scheduling, and commitment. The balance 50% is payable on completion or as otherwise specified in the proposal or statement of work (SOW).
Invoices are issued electronically via email. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. Delays in payment may result in delays in delivery of services.
We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other authorized gateways. Transaction charges, if any, are borne by the client.
For retainers or recurring services (e.g., SEO, digital marketing, development support), fees are billed on a monthly advance basis. Work begins only after the current month’s payment is received.
Overdue invoices may attract interest at the maximum legal rate. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold work until outstanding balances are cleared.
All advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. In case of cancellation prior to commencement, refunds may be considered at our discretion. For retainers, partial months are non-refundable.
Any pre-approved expenses for third-party services (e.g., advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting) are billed separately and must be paid in advance.
WebeDigital may revise these Payment Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
